Support British Farmers is an online retailer offering print-on-demand clothing, accessories and gifts that celebrate and support British farming.

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

Many of our products are printed especially for you once your order has been placed.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and colours are accurate, colours displayed on different screens may vary slightly from the finished product.

Minor variations in print position, garment colour and finish are a normal part of the printing process and do not constitute a fault.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be received in full before production of your order begins.

5. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including where:

  • A pricing or product error has occurred.
  • Payment cannot be authorised.
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • The product is unavailable.

If we cancel your order before production has begun, any payment received will be refunded in full.

6. Production & Delivery

As many of our products are made to order, production normally takes up to 5 working days before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy and should be treated as estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Our policies regarding order cancellations, returns and refunds are set out in our separate Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy.

As our products are made to order, cancellation requests can only be accepted before production has begun.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Where applicable, products made specifically to order are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
